2. Refunds

2.1. Deposits and Spin Fees: Deposits and fees paid for spinning the wheel are non-refundable, as every spin results in a prize (either an item or in-game credit option).

2.2. Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a transaction was unauthorized (e.g., due to fraud or a compromised account), you must contact us within 14 days or as soon as you are made aware of the transaction at sales@prizeunbox.com. We will investigate and, if verified, may issue a refund at our discretion.

2.3. Technical Errors: If a technical error on our Site prevents you from receiving a prize or in-game credit after a spin, we will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a refund or credit equivalent to the spin fee.

2.4. Prize Issues: If you choose to keep a prize and it arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, in-game credit, or, in rare cases, a refund, at our discretion.

2.5. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Shipping Disputes
