How do I get started?

To begin, simply sign up for PrizeUnbox and make a deposit into your account.

How much are the boxes?

Each box has a different price per spin. You can review the price of each box on the home page or on the wheel page before spinning.

What happens once I spin and win an item?

The wheel will spin and land on an item. You can either keep the prize and have it shipped to your door for free, or sell the item back for credits to keep spinning.

Can I swap my prize for something else?

No, you cannot directly swap a prize for something else. However, you can choose the colour and sizing of the prize you won. In rare circumstances where a prize is out of stock, you’ll be given the choice to wait for it to become available, receive site credit for the value of the prize, or choose another similar item of equal value.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the item I won?

No, all sales are final. Once you open a box, a refund cannot be issued.

Can I withdraw my credits for cash?

Unfortunately, no. Credits are not redeemable for cash, but they can be used to open other mystery boxes.

How do I claim an item?

Once you win an item, click Add to inventory. Then open the Inventory tab, select the item, and proceed to checkout. Make sure your details are correct and then confirm your order.

How do I sell an item I don’t want?

When the wheel lands on a prize, you’ll be given the option to Sell it or Add to inventory. If you choose to sell the item, the credits will be immediately added to your account.

Is it a prize every time?

Yes. Every single spin on our mystery boxes guarantees you a prize.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. You should expect to receive your prize within 3–7 business days after it has been dispatched.
